- Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to the beauty and personal care industry, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Build, manage, and optimize the company’s marketing ecosystem, covering retail branches, e-commerce, and wholesale distribution channels.
- Lead marketing campaigns for perfumes, cosmetics, and skincare brands, ensuring consistent brand positioning across all platforms.
- Conduct market research on consumer behavior, competitor activities, and beauty industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts including social media campaigns, influencer collaborations, SEO, and online advertising.
- Manage product launches, promotional events, and seasonal campaigns in coordination with sales teams.
- Ensure strong brand visibility across GCC markets through effective communication and branding strategies.
- Develop marketing budgets and ensure optimal ROI.
- Collaborate with sales, retail, and product development teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Provide senior management with regular reports on marketing performance and brand growth.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in cosmetics, perfumes, beauty, or retail sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of building and managing full marketing systems in a retail or FMCG environment.
- Strong knowledge of beauty industry dynamics, consumer behavior, and brand management.
- Experience in both offline (retail) and online (digital/e-commerce) marketing strategies.
- Ability to work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (any nationality is welcome).
