- Maintain the diary and arrange appointments as necessary.
- Type reports and routine correspondence from dictation or written sources.
- Screen and respond to all incoming telephone calls and take action as appropriate.
- Draft routine correspondence for approval and signature by department head.
- Receive visitors to the department head office.
- Attend and minute all departments’ meetings and arrange for the distribution of the minutes.
- Maintain the office filing system.
- Make arrangements for any meetings required by department head.
- Operate standard office equipment such as fax, photocopier etc.
- Maintain an up-to-date list of contacts for department use.
- Ensures the availability of adequate offices supplies and stationeries.
- Performing all HR related matter at the region
