JASARA Program Management Company is seeking an Innovation and Digital Delivery Manager to join our forward-thinking team. This role is dedicated to enhancing project delivery through innovative digital solutions and cutting-edge technologies. The successful candidate will play a key part in driving digital transformation initiatives within the organization, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of the industry while effectively meeting the needs of our clients.Responsibilities

Evaluate and implement innovative digital solutions to enhance project delivery and overall operational efficiency.
Collaboration with internal teams and external partners to develop and refine digital strategies that align with organizational goals.
Lead projects focused on digital transformation, ensuring successful adoption and integration of new technologies.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, assessing their potential impact on project delivery.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of innovation and digital literacy within the organization.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related
disciplines.,
Minimum 15 years’ of overall professional experience in Design or Construction from a design discipline background with at least 5 years’ experience in digital delivery management and BIM Implementation on complex infrastructure and mixed-use urban projects.,
Current or past experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) is highly desirable.
Extensive experience in digital delivery management, with a focus on BIM, Common Data Environment (CDE), GIS implementation, digital twin utilization, and coordination.,
Proficient in a range of industry standards BIM authoring and proprietary software applications such as: Revit, Civil 3D, AECOSIM, Navisworks, Rhino 3D, VICO, Cost X, Synchro, BIMTrack, or other similar applications and digital tools.
Proven experience in VDC/BIM management and implementation for complex construction projects.
Strong understanding of BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks), CAD software, and GIS platforms.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications:

BIM certifications (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional).
Experience with digital twin technology and implementation.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2).
