We are looking for a skilled Aluminum Glass Fabricator with hands-on experience in fabricating, assembling, and installing aluminum and glass structures. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, technically sound, and capable of delivering high-quality fabrication work for doors, windows, curtain walls, partitions, and other aluminum glass systems.Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and fabrication manuals.
Fabricate and assemble aluminum frames for doors, windows, curtain walls, partitions, etc.
Cut, grind, drill, and shape aluminum sections and glass sheets using hand and power tools.
Install glass panels into aluminum frames with proper sealing, rubber gaskets, and accessories.
Operate machinery such as cutting saws, punching machines, CNC routers, and hand tools used in fabrication.
Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality in fabrication, assembly, and finishing.
Assist with site installation when required, ensuring alignment and proper fitting of frames and glass.
Conduct minor repairs and adjustments on fabricated units as necessary.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized working environment.Skills and Requirements:
Proven experience (minimum 3–5 years) as an Aluminum Glass Fabricator.
Knowledge of aluminum systems such as sliding, hinged, folding, and structural glazing.
Ability to work with various glass types (tempered, laminated, double-glazed, etc.).
Good understanding of measurements, angles, and cutting techniques.
Skilled in using fabrication tools and machines.
Physical fitness and the ability to lift and handle glass panels safely.
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Qualifications:
High School Diploma / ITI / Technical Certification in Fabrication or a related field.
Experience working in Gulf countries (preferred but not mandatory).
Basic understanding of safety standards and procedures.
Ability to read English or technical drawings (Arabic is a plus).Working Conditions:
Workshop-based work with occasional site visits.
May involve overtime, especially during project deadlines.
