- Serve as the central coordination authority for all operational interfaces within the TBU, ensuring alignment of objectives, timelines, and deliverables across internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate integration between transport projects and broader Qiddiya initiatives, including utilities, public realm, and city-wide infrastructure, to optimize connectivity and operational performance.
- Lead high-level collaboration between design, engineering, construction, and operations teams to resolve interdependencies and conflicts proactively.
- Represent Qiddiya in strategic meetings, workshops, and forums with government entities, regulatory bodies, and private sector partners to address operational interface requirements.
- Develop and execute strategies for seamless interface management, embedding best practices in coordination, documentation, and governance.
- Anticipate, identify, and resolve interface challenges early in the project lifecycle, minimizing risk and preventing delays.
- Oversee compliance of all operational interfaces with local regulations, safety standards, and international best practices.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with regulators, government agencies, delivery partners, and community stakeholders to enable collaborative decision-making.
- Establish performance metrics to monitor interface effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement initiatives based on data-driven insights.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance to interface management teams, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Transportation Engineering, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Education from a top-tier global institution highly desirable.
- 12–15 years of progressive experience in transportation project delivery, operational integration, or stakeholder coordination, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects in giga-projects, major urban developments, or large-scale infrastructure programs.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian regulatory frameworks, governance structures, and Vision 2030 priorities.
- Project management, systems integration, or interface management certifications preferred.
