We are currently seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with experience in Telecom and IT to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects that drive our strategic objectives.In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Managing the full project lifecycle for Telecom and IT projects, ensuring all aspects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to define project requirements and expectations.
  • Developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
  • Monitoring project progress, managing any constraints, and addressing issues as they arise.
  • Maintaining project documentation, including contracts, change requests, and client communications.
  • Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and align with industry regulations and standards.
  • Providing regular status updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in Telecom and IT sectors.
  • Strong familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices, specifically in Telecom and IT.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate diverse teams.
  • In-depth understanding of Telecom technologies and IT project management.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is highly desirable.

  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the Telecom or IT sector.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of Telecom technologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • The candidate should have hands on experience in the software industry (ex. : worked as a Software developer or Solution Architect or system integrator or FE developer or Database administrator or DevOps engineer or ERP developer,……. ..etc)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience managing complex Telecom and IT projects.
  • Familiarity with Agile & Waterfall project management methodologies.
