What We're Looking For:

3-5 years of experience in back-end development
Proficiency in languages like Python, Java, Ruby, or Node.js
Strong database skills (SQL/NoSQL)
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
