- Supervising plumbing works throughout construction and finishing stages to ensure quality and compliance
- Reviewing mechanical and plumbing designs, shop drawings, and as-built drawings for accuracy and adherence to standards
- Coordinating daily with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives to resolve technical issues and maintain project progress
- Ensuring all plumbing works meet Saudi Building Code (SBC) and local regulatory requirements, including necessary approvals and connections
- Conducting site inspections, monitoring work progress, and preparing technical reports for project management
- Identifying and providing technical solutions to challenges encountered during execution
- Maintaining rigorous documentation and communication to support project governance and long-term value creation
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 3–5 years of experience as a mechanical engineer on residential projects with proven expertise in plumbing systems execution
- Hands-on experience executing residential plumbing systems including domestic water supply, drainage and sewage, stormwater, pumps/booster systems, and water heaters
- Experience managing plumbing works end-to-end from construction to finishing, including installation, testing, and on-site coordination
- Proficiency with AutoCAD for mechanical and plumbing drawings, including preparation and review of shop and as-built drawings
- Familiarity with Saudi Building Code (SBC) requirements and Riyadh local regulations for plumbing execution, including coordination with NWC and SEC for approvals and connections
- Registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) or eligible to register
- Professional working proficiency in both Arabic and English
- Transferable iqama (Saudi work authorization)
- Ability to perform frequent site visits and travel between project sites within Riyadh
- Available to join within 30 days or less
- Experience coordinating daily with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives for inspections, approvals, and technical clarifications
- Experience working on residential apartment building projects
- Familiarity with IPC (International Plumbing Code) or equivalent international plumbing standards
- Valid Saudi driving license for frequent site visits within Riyadh
- HSE certification (e.g., NEBOSH or IOSH)
- Ability to prepare clear technical reports and communicate progress and risks to project management
