You will facilitate effective communication with stakeholders, coordinate GRC initiatives, and ensure that project outcomes align with compliance and risk management objectives.Responsibilities
  • Develop PMO governance framework
  • Develop an organizational model for the cybersecurity PMO, outlining key roles and responsibilities
  • Develop standardized project lifecycle processes, workflows, and templates
  • Define KPIs, reporting, escalation paths
  • Integrate security and compliance into project lifecycle
  • Deliver governance dashboards
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in governance, risk management, compliance, and project management.
  • Proven experience in managing compliance-related projects within a PMO environment.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements, such as ISO 27001, NIST, and PCI DSS.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, CISA, CRISC, PRINCE2, COBIT or similar are highly desirable.
