- Execute assigned project tasks in governance, risk management, compliance, and internal audit engagements, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Prepare detailed project documentation, including process maps, risk registers, audit working papers, compliance reports, and client presentations.
- Conduct structured research, data analysis, and benchmarking to support client deliverables.
- Coordinate directly with client teams to gather information, validate data, and follow up on agreed actions.
- Support in conducting workshops, training programs, and client interviews by preparing materials and documenting outputs.
- Work on multiple client assignments simultaneously, demonstrating flexibility and attention to detail.
- Contribute to business development activities, such as drafting proposal sections, developing case studies, and preparing marketing materials.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field.
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience in audit, risk management, compliance, or governance (Big 4 or advisory firm experience is a strong plus).
- High energy, positive attitude, strong presence, team player, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and report-writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Strong client-facing and teamwork abilities.
- CIA, CPA, GRCP, or equivalent Certifications is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
