MEP Engineer

- Responsibilities:
- Supervise Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and vendors.
- Prepare site inspection reports and conduct performance audits.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure compliance with local safety and operational standards across all facility systems.
- Implement and oversee energy conservation measures to improve system efficiency.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Facility Management (FM) operations within commercial or mixed-use facilities.
- Hands-on experience in HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical systems.
- Ability to manage both preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) and energy efficiency practices.
- Strong understanding of local codes and compliance standards, including SASO (Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization), SEC (Saudi Electricity Company), and Civil Defense.
