- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist in resolving customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a high standard of service
- Saudi nationality required
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Basic computer skills for managing reservations and guest information
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards
