1- Monitor and review the preparation of Construction Method Statements and Technical Drawings To ensure the compliance with the standards.2- Review the internal process / workflow for Technical Office Section both in the KCC- Head Office and on All Project Sites to make sure it follows the I.M.S.3- Verify that the statistical system is safe and any supportive system to help the project managers in decision making.4- Collect all data related to the technical office for projects to support the decision makers about trends and the point of improvement.5- Coordinate between the Construction and Engineering Teams to ensure that the Construction requirements are conveyed to the Engineering Teams and that the Engineering deliverables satisfy the Construction requirements.6- Monitoring all technical work over projects to ensure quality assurance for all technical issues.7- Follow up with All Projects to Ensure that all significant documents are sent immediately to the Project Control Department to Share it to All Departments as per Report Frequency List.8- Documenting project issues and conditions to Maintain organized and detailed project records.
