Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead and manage architectural projects from concept through completion, with a strong focus on hospitality and commercial buildings, including hotels and resorts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in architectural design, project management, and client engagement, and will be based in or willing to relocate to Al Khobar.Key Responsibilities:

Lead the architectural design process from conceptual development through to construction documentation.
Oversee multiple large-scale projects, including hotels, resorts, and commercial buildings.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure design excellence and project objectives are met.
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design intent and quality standards are maintained.
Prepare presentations and participate in client meetings.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws.
Review and approve architectural drawings, material specifications, and construction methods.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior architects and design staff.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in architecture, including hospitality or large commercial projects.
Strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects (hotels, resorts, mixed-use buildings, etc.).
Extensive knowledge of local building codes and standards in Saudi Arabia.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design software.
Experience with project lifecycle management, from design through construction.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Must be currently residing in or willing to relocate to Al Khobar.
