The Operations Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the production processes within the food and beverage industry. This position is responsible for ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards in the branches.The Operations Manager will lead and manage a team, , and implement strategies that align with the company's goals. This role requires a blend of leadership, strategic planning, and operational expertise.Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities in Finance side:\[ Preparation of monthly/quarterly financial and management reporting\[ Preparation of annual accounts for audit and annual statutory reporting\[ Management and ultimate responsibility for the Finance ERP\[ Supervision and performance management of the Payroll Coordinator and Accountant\[ Monitor the day-to-day financial operations such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions.\[ Complete tax returns and other statutory compliance requirements\[ Develop, implement and monitor appropriate financial systems, procedures and internal controls to support the efficient and effective operation of the Finance function.\[ Prepare financial, analytical, budgets and spending reports to top management.\[ Performing adhoc analysis pro-actively or as directed, to provide performance insights that aid growth and focus appropriate resource allocation.-Key Responsibilities in Operation side:\[ Regular reporting to Line Managers and/or Director on work status.\[ Responsibility to complete any work or task of the establishment within the deadlines assigned by your top management.\[ Responsibility to establish, maintain report, communicate and share all documentation and processes related to business.\[ Responsibility to establish, maintain report, communicate and share all Al Amjaad standards and SOP related to business\[ Calculate sales target.\[ Follow up and coordinate with all departments including warehouse management & logistics, adminHR, accounting etc. Regular reporting to the top management.\[ Ensures that labor cost is controlled to within agreed number of labors.\[ Treats the staff welfare, e.g. housing, transportation, pay, social environment as a priority\[ Provides feedback on performance directly to the team frequently on an informal basis and formally in line with HR policy.\[ Ensures that all stores are sufficiently managed to meet profitable business needs and that staff schedules are optimal for the business\[ With direct reports, identifies and supports and helps develop high performing team members, supervisors and assistant managers.\[ Provides feedback and recommendations to line manager and, where appropriate, HR on both star performers and under performers / problem employees.\[ Develops directly and / or organizes training for the store management team, to make sure their management and leadership skills are continually improving\[ Ensures all stores have a safe working environment in terms of the Food safety and Health and Safety laws and policies of the country, company and brand.\[ Participates in area managers meetings.\[ Has regular (at least monthly) management team meetings to recognize and reward great performance, share upcoming activities and listen to feedback\[ Is accessible to the levels below his / her direct reports during store visits and (at least) quarterly all team meetings.\[ With HR manager, advises store managers on employee disciplinary matters
