Digital Testing Lead

• Lead digital testing and agile delivery as part of the Quad team, ensuring thorough testing of code and use cases.
• Demonstrate knowledge of various methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Manage a team of testers while handling multiple deliveries simultaneously.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including obtaining official sign-off approvals for releases ready for UAT and production.
• Create comprehensive test strategies and overall plans, focusing on technical skill areas.
• Align closely with business and Business Relationship Management (BRM) teams to ensure project success.
• Review all testing-related deliverables shared by third-party testing teams in alignment with IT Excellence Falcon Processes.
• Highlight any non-compliance issues observed with third-party testing teams.
