- Develop and implement the company's sustainability strategy, focused on minimizing environmental impact and enhancing social responsibility.
- Conduct sustainability assessments and audits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary actions.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate sustainability practices into project design and execution.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to communicate sustainability goals and results.
- Prepare reports and presentations on sustainability performance and communicate findings to senior management and stakeholders.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure Qiddiya remains a leader in sustainability.
- Facilitate training and workshops to promote sustainability awareness across the organization.
- Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field; Master's degree is strongly preferred.
- Experience:
- At least 6-9 years of experience in sustainability management or environmental services, with proven experience in program development and management.
- Experience working in major development projects or within the entertainment industry is an advantage.
- Technical Skills:
- Well-versed in sustainability standards, certifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with sustainability assessment tools and methodologies.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to lead and inspire teams across multiple disciplines towards common sustainability goals.
