You\'ll bring technical direction, manage multi-disciplinary coordination, and ensure high-standard design solutions using modern traffic modeling and engineering tools. Your work will directly support regional connectivity, smart mobility solutions, and hospitality infrastructure expansion.What You'll Do
- Lead project management across design, budget, and scheduling for roads and transportation initiatives
- Deliver technical leadership in the planning and design of roads, intersections, and highways
- Conduct traffic flow analysis, feasibility studies, and geometric and pavement design
- Supervise quality assurance across design packages, documentation, and submittals
- Coordinate with government authorities, contractors, and clients to ensure compliance and approvals
- Utilize tools like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, SYNCHRO, and VISSIM for engineering and simulation
- Prepare and present high-level reports and ensure adherence to local and international standards
- Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 15+ years of experience in road and highway design, traffic engineering, and infrastructure delivery
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification highly desirable
- Strong expertise in AutoCAD, MicroStation, Civil 3D, and traffic modeling software
- Proficient in design codes, sustainability standards, and transportation planning methodologies
- Experience managing large-scale infrastructure or hospitality-related development projects
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
