You will work from home, handling basic data entry tasks and virtual receptionist duties like answering calls and managing emails.Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties (Remote):
Answer phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate person.Greet and assist clients and team members via email or chat.Schedule virtual appointments and meetings.Respond to general inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.Data Entry Duties:
Enter and update information in our systems accurately.Review data to ensure it is correct and complete.Organize and maintain digital files and records.Follow basic instructions to complete simple tasks.What We’re Looking For:
