- Collaborate with business units, product owners, and IT teams to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for banking solutions.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications, ensuring clarity for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Partner with digital banking, mobile, and web development teams to design and deliver seamless, customer-centric experiences across all channels.
- Evaluate existing systems, identify integration gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance process efficiency and system performance.
- Work alongside solution architects to ensure all proposed solutions align with enterprise architecture, data governance, and security standards.
- Conduct impact analyses and feasibility studies for new initiatives prior to development commencement.
- Support the full testing lifecycle including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Participate in vendor evaluations, solution demos, and RFP processes as required.
- Ensure full compliance with SAMA, NCA, and internal IT governance frameworks at every stage of delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience as a Solution Analyst within banking or financial services.
- Proven track record working on digital banking platforms and customer-facing applications.
- Direct collaboration experience with mobile and web development teams to deliver production-grade applications.
- Strong database skills — SQL, Oracle, or equivalent — including data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Solid understanding of API integrations, data flow mapping, and system architecture design principles.
- Familiarity with banking operations, payment gateways, and financial products, including deposits, loans, and credit cards.
- Working knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks: SAMA, Basel III, and AML.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and proven ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Exposure to core banking systems such as Temenos, Finacle, or Oracle FLEXCUBE.
- Experience with enterprise integration platforms and middleware solutions.
- Prior experience working within a Saudi or GCC banking environment.
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA.
- ITIL Foundation or equivalent service management certification.
- Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project methodology certification or demonstrated experience.
