- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) plan for the project.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Review and approve contractor submittals, material data, and shop drawings to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Prepare, maintain, and monitor quality documentation, including ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and QA/QC reports.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to identify and resolve quality-related issues on-site.
- Conduct audits and inspections of workmanship and materials to verify conformance to approved drawings, specifications, and codes.
- Facilitate training and awareness programs for site personnel on quality requirements and standards.
- Support handover and commissioning processes, ensuring all quality documentation is complete and compliant.
- Ensure that QA/QC processes are fully aligned with KEO standards and client expectations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in QA/QC roles, preferably on commercial, institutional, or infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience in projects similar to RUA Sales Center (sales centers, office complexes, or high-end commercial developments).
- Strong knowledge of KSA construction codes, standards, and quality practices.
- Familiarity with quality documentation systems (ITPs, NCRs, QA/QC reports, site inspection reports).
- Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience coordinating with consultants, clients, and contractors on quality matters.
