The Senior Sales Manager – AV is responsible for driving business development and revenue growth within the audiovisual (AV) division. This role focuses on managing key client relationships, developing tailored AV solutions, and leading a sales team to meet or exceed sales targets. The Senior Sales Manager plays a vital role in identifying new business opportunities, optimizing sales processes, and contributing to the company’s growth in the AV sector.Key Activities, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute sales strategies for AV solutions, aligned with company goals.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Participate in setting sales targets and ensure they are achieved or exceeded.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activity to refine offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close high-value deals.
- Provide consultative selling, offering technical insights and tailored AV solutions.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and manage post-sales engagement when needed.
- Lead and mentor a small team of AV sales professionals or account executives.
- Provide coaching, regular performance reviews, and support team development.
- Ensure team adherence to the sales process, CRM usage, and reporting protocols.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Project Delivery teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management.
- Ensure transparency and reliability in pipeline and revenue forecasting.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field Master’s degree (MBA) or Executive Education in Sales/Technology ManagementMinimum Experience:Over 8 years of experience in B2B sales, including 6+ years in sales leadership, along with more than 5 years in AV or technology consulting with at least 4 years in a team lead or senior role.
Experience in AV system integration, IT solutions, or enterprise AV projectsCertified Sales Executive (CSE), Strategic Sales Management certification, or similarProven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets Experience with CRM tools and structured sales frameworks (e.g., SPIN, MEDDIC)
Strong communication and negotiation skills Bilingual fluency in English and Arabic
