Conduct detailed risk assessments, Business Impact Analyses (BIA), and vulnerability assessments to identify critical functions and dependencies.
Develop, review, and test business continuity and disaster recovery plans in collaboration with regional and local stakeholders.
Oversee simulation exercises, tabletop drills, and testing protocols to evaluate plan effectiveness and operational readiness.
Provide expert guidance on integrating emerging technologies, automation, and data analytics into resilience strategies.
Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and threat landscapes to proactively adapt resilience frameworks.What you need to have:Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CBCP, MBCI, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer) are preferred.
8-12 years of experience in business continuity, enterprise risk management, or resilience consulting, with a focus on the IMEA region.
Strong understanding of information security, cybersecurity, and technology risk considerations in resilience planning.
Proven experience in developing and maintaining complex BCM and DR frameworks within multinational or regulated environments.What makes you stand out:Demonstrated expertise in implementing enterprise-wide resilience strategies in complex organizational settings.
