👨🔧 2 x Mechanical Technicians✅ Minimum Requirements:
- Must be currently residing in Saudi Arabia.
- Transferable Iqama (Mandatory).
- Valid Saudi driving license.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in diesel generator service & field operations.
- Experience in power rental, mobile genset deployment, or industrial generator systems.
- Able to join within 1 month.
- Strong focus on safety, work quality, and teamwork.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of diesel generator electrical systems (25 kVA – 2000 kVA).
- Install, connect, and test ATS (Automatic Transfer Switches), MTS (Manual Transfer Switches), and synchronization panels.
- Perform LV and MV cable termination, including insulation resistance, continuity, and megger testing.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults, control wiring, alternator excitation, and protection systems.
- Configure and operate generator controllers such as DSE, ComAp, etc.
- Support load bank testing, genset commissioning, and synchronization setup.
- Install and manage grounding systems, cable trays, and power distribution to loads.
- Work on temporary site mobilization, ensuring proper electrical connections and safe operation.
- Prepare and submit field reports, inspection checklists, and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, isolation procedures, and PPE usage.
- Conduct routine servicing, preventive maintenance, and engine overhauls for diesel generators (25 KVA –2000 kVA).
- Diagnose and repair engine components including turbochargers, fuel injectors, water pumps, starter motors, and alternators.
- Perform cooling system maintenance, radiator cleaning, and coolant top-ups or replacements.
- Install and maintain external fuel tanks (up to 20,000 liters), fuel transfer pumps, filters, and piping systems.
- Perform belt and coupling alignments, generator skidding and rigging, and mechanical inspections.
- Assist with genset installation, offloading, leveling, and foundation checks.
- Work alongside electrical technicians during commissioning and site handover.
- Maintain tools and workshop equipment and report spares/consumables requirements.
- Submit maintenance records, service reports, and logbooks after each job.
- Follow strict HSE procedures, including lockout/tagout, fire prevention, and emergency response protocols.
