Location: Riyadh, KSAWe are looking for a Bid Officer with at least 2 years of actual experience in bidding, specifically from the Environment, Veterinary, or Business Consultancy background.The Bid Officer will be responsible for managing the bid process, preparing and submitting bid proposals, and ensuring all bids are compliant with client requirements. This includes analyzing bid documents, collaborating with various departments to gather necessary information, and maintaining records of all bids.⚠️ Important: The workload is variable, and the role will sometimes require working beyond 6:00 PM to meet deadlines.Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the end-to-end bid process.
2. Prepare, review, and submit compliant bid proposals.
3. Analyze bid documents and client requirements.
4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information.
5. Maintain accurate records of all bids.Qualifications:
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in bid management, proposal writing, and bid coordination.
2. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
5. Communication skills and familiarity with consultancy project workflows.
6. Prefer previous experience in environment, veterinary, or business consultancy fields.
7. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
