1. Estimation & Costing:- deep understanding of client RFPs, scope of work, project technical specifications, safety and quality aspects and its impact on the price.- Prepare detailed cost estimates for FM contracts (hard services, soft services, IFM, etc.).- Deep knowledge and experience in participating and analysing of Aramco, PIF projects, mega scale hospitality and healthcare compliance requirements in bid documents.2. Bid Management & Strategy:- Lead competitive bid submissions for government, corporate, and mega-project FM tenders.- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to align estimates with execution plans.- Develop pricing strategies to enhance win rates while maintaining profitability.- Review BOQs, contracts, and subcontractor quotes for accuracy and competitiveness.3. Technical & Commercial Analysis:- Evaluate labor, material, equipment, and lifecycle costs for FM services.- Benchmark against industry rates in Saudi Arabia (KSA labor costs, Saudization requirements, etc.).4. Team & Stakeholder Management:- Supervise a team of estimators and coordinate with FM operations, finance, and legal teams.- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to clarify technical and commercial terms.Project Sectors:

Hospitality: Experience in luxury resort, hotel, and mixed-use FM needs with guest-centric service KPIs.
PIF Mega Projects: Knowledge of giga project requirements like NEOM, Red Sea Global, Qiddiya.
Hospitals/Healthcare: Deep understanding of healthcare FM including infection control, medical gas systems, HTM compliance, and regulatory requirements (CBAHI, MOH, JCIA).
Aramco and Oil & Gas Facilities: Experience with GP documents, SAES standards, HCIS compliance.
Airports: Familiarity with GACA regulations, ICAO standards, and critical asset uptime requirements.
