Marking a new chapter for comprehensive wellness tourism, Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay will feature 220 keys comprising of rooms and suites, as well as villas with their own private pools, and 26 branded residential villas, all thoughtfully designed to offer breathtaking bay and sea views. The resort will include a luxury spa nestled within its garden of tranquility and inspiration featuring a sculptured waterfall. The Organic Spa Garden will be a focal point and treatment experience set to stimulate the senses, offering extensive therapeutic remedies including halotherapy, cryotherapy, and advanced skin therapies. For fitness enthusiasts, the property will offer a bespoke collaboration with fitness trainer Harley Pasternak to seamlessly merge high-performance training with the limitless potential of Triple Bay’s 300 hectares (741 acres) of untouched hills, wadis, and beaches. The pristine terrain includes trails perfect for canyoning and exploring the rugged cliffs and valleys. Guests and residents can also take part in an array of guided hikes, mountain biking, and equestrian bridle trails, or work on their game at the spectacular 27-hole oceanfront golf course.About the Role
Join our pre-opening Food & Beverage team as Assistant Bar Manager at Rock Bar, a stunning cliffside destination at Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay. Reporting to the Bar Manager, you will help launch and lead the daily operations of this elevated bar concept, offering creative mocktails, wellness-focused beverages, and a vibrant social setting overlooking the Red Sea.What You Will DoParticipate in pre-opening tasks such as bar setup, equipment preparation, menu development, team recruitment, and service standards planning.Support daily bar operations, ensuring the smooth delivery of premium beverages, impeccable service, and a welcoming atmosphere.Assist with crafting and refining an innovative, trend-forward mocktail and beverage program in collaboration with culinary leadership.Lead and motivate the bar team, ensuring consistent guest engagement and alignment with Four Seasons service excellence.Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation in all bar operations.Manage inventory, requisitions, and cost controls while ensuring compliance with local regulations.Engage with guests directly to enhance their experience and manage any concerns or special requests.Support event programming, sunset rituals, and curated activations at the Rock Bar.Work alongside the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, Executive Chef and Bar Manager to design an effective menu and cocktail list while ensuring excellent product quality at a fair price.Train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all bar employees according to Four Seasons standards.Respond proactively to guest queries and to ensure appropriate action is taken in the absence of the Restaurant Manager, followed by effective communication.Support the Management in controlling labor and operating expenses through effective staff scheduling.Support with F&B tasks and operations in all F&B outlets if needed.What You BringMinimum of two years' experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial F&B role, preferably in a luxury resort or upscale casual dining environment.Deep knowledge of non-alcoholic mixology, beverage trends, and guest personalization.Pre-opening experience and a strong background in team development and service delivery.Creativity, leadership, and attention to detail.Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
