The MIS & HR Fresh professional will play a critical role in supporting the HR team with data management, reporting, and analysis to ensure effective HR operations and decision-making.Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining and updating HR information systems and databases
Prepare HR reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel and other tools
Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights for HR programs and initiatives
Provide support in HR data entry, data validation, and data quality assurance
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
