- Develop and execute strategic sales plans designed to maximize revenue and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with a focus on high-value accounts and long-term partnerships
- Conduct compelling and persuasive sales presentations that effectively showcase our products and services to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with key clients to secure mutually beneficial, long-term business relationships
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials that resonate with our target audience
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform and refine sales strategies
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM systems
- Prepare and deliver regular sales performance reports and forecasts to senior management with transparency and accuracy
- Represent the organization professionally at industry events, trade shows, conferences, and networking functions
- Provide exceptional customer service and proactively manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Stay current with industry developments, product enhancements, and competitive landscape to maintain expertise
- Identify and overcome sales obstacles through creative problem-solving and resilience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (Diploma considered with relevant experience)
- Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience with a demonstrated track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, methodologies, practices, and techniques
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly
- Proficiency in analyzing market data, identifying trends, and developing data-driven sales strategies
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships and networks
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite
- In-depth understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
