This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technician Cum Driver located in Dammam. The Technician Cum Driver will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial laundry equipment, driving to various customer locations, and delivering spare parts. Day-to-day tasks will include troubleshooting equipment issues, perform routine maintenance, and ensuring the timely delivery of parts and equipment to clients.Job Responsibilities:
· Install, maintain, and repair commercial laundry equipment (washers, dryers, etc.).
· Troubleshoot malfunctions to resolve issues efficiently.
· Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance per manufacturer guidelines.
· Inspect and test machinery to evaluate performance.
· Order and replace defective parts while managing inventory.
· Prepare and submit detailed service reports.
· Train clients on equipment usage and maintenance practices.
· Collaborate with technicians for major repairs.
· Communicate updates on repairs and maintenance to customers.
· Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
