- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in procurement, specifically in residential construction or real estate development.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills and experience managing supplier relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in procurement software, contract management, and Microsoft Office Suite.
