We are seeking a proactive, analytical, and highly skilled Odoo Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, customizing, and enhancing our Odoo ERP system to streamline business operations across all company functions.The ideal candidate will have proven expertise across multiple Odoo modules-including CRM, Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Purchases, Sales, and Invoices-along with strong hands-on experience in ensuring ZATCA compliance. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to deliver seamless ERP performance, drive automation, and support strategic business growth through digital transformation initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomize, configure, and optimize Odoo ERP modules to align with business requirements.
Ensure compliance with ZATCA e-invoicing requirements (Phases 1 & 2).
Manage system upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement ERP solutions.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and user training to maximize adoption.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for configurations and customizations.Qualifications & SkillsProven experience as an Odoo Developer with expertise in CRM, Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Purchases, Sales, and Invoices.
Strong knowledge of ZATCA Phase 1 & 2 (Integration) compliance.
Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, and Odoo framework customization.
Hands-on experience with Odoo migrations, API integrations, and third-party applications.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
