Job Type: RENTALKey Responsibilities:
Read and interpret piping isometric drawings, P&IDs, and spool drawings.Cut, thread, and hammer pipes to specifications using tools such as saws, cutting torches, pipe threaders, and benders.Assemble and install pipes, fittings, valves, and supports according to specifications.Install and secure pipe systems using welding, brazing, cementing, soldering, or threading techniques.Ensure correct pipe routing and slope as per Aramco-approved drawings and procedures.Perform hydrostatic and pneumatic testing on installed piping systems.Coordinate with welders, riggers, and engineers to ensure safe and quality installation.Perform quality checks in accordance with Aramco and project specifications.Follow safety procedures and practices at all times on-site.Support mechanical completion and pre-commissioning activities.Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical certification in pipe fitting preferred.Valid Aramco Approval Card as a Pipe Fitter.Knowledge of Aramco construction codes, piping standards, and inspection procedures.Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial piping works.Minimum 2 years of experience in Aramco projects.Skills & Competencies:
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and isometrics.Familiarity with different pipe materials (carbon steel, stainless steel, GRE, HDPE).Hands-on experience with pipe-fitting tools and equipment.Strong knowledge of safety and quality compliance.Good communication and teamwork skills.Certifications (Preferred):
Aramco SAP No. (Valid and Verifiable)Basic Safety Orientation (BSO)Confined Space, Hot Work, and Work-at-Height training certifications
