  • Support the design, build, and maintenance of Power Automate workflows following defined governance and quality standards
  • Implement logic such as conditions, approvals, notifications, and exception handling
  • Assist in troubleshooting, optimizing, and improving existing automations
Data & Platform Support
  • Create and manage SharePoint lists and libraries, including metadata, views, and permissions
  • Support data validation, structure consistency, and lifecycle management
  • Assist in documentation and approval workflows
Application & Interface Support
  • Contribute to simple Power Apps (Canvas Apps) development under guidance
  • Apply form logic, validation rules, and user guidance to improve usability
  • Ensure consistency with agreed UI and data standards
Testing, Documentation & Continuous Improvement
  • Support testing activities (UAT, regression testing) and issue resolution
  • Document automation logic, assumptions, and changes clearly
  • Actively suggests improvements to processes, performance, and user experience
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in:
  • Computer Engineering
  • Software Engineering
  • Information Systems
  • Computer Science
  • Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering (with programming exposure)
  • Fresh graduate or up to 1-2 years of experience
  • Prior exposure to Power Platform, automation, or workflow tools is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Technical Skills (Foundational Level Expected)
  • Basic programming concepts (logic, conditions, variables)
  • Understanding of structured data (tables, fields, relationships)
  • Comfortable working with Excel and structured datasets
  • Basic awareness of JSON and cloud-based systems is an advantage
