We are in urgent need of MEP technicians for a compound project in Riyadh.The candidates should have at least 3 to 5 years experience in the Facility Maintenance Operations.1. HVAC Tech. - Those who are familiar in trouble shooting & repairs of VRV-VRF- PACU - FCU's and Chiller Units. with knowledge in PPM & CM scope of work, should have good communications skills and had previous experience in a compound project.2. Electrical Technicians - Previous experience in the Low Voltage applications, familiar with CM & PPM of Panels & electrical devices , Lighting systems, Audio / Video Systems, CCTV Cameras, Auto-Transfer Switch & Generator systems and specialized technicians.3. Plumbers - Should be familiar with water distribution networks, Irrigation line and Pumps, previous experience in a 5 star hotel, compound facility or in a restaurant operations is highly preferable. can perform PM & CM of all plumbing assets installed in a compound facility, with good communication skills.Applicants should have at least 3 to 5 years of experience with good communications skill.
