Job Summary
  • Detail and specify the BU internal support system capabilities to be developed by IT/ Network / 3rd parties towards enhancing TTM, collection cycle, sales process, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage together with technical architecture departments, the enterprise architecture and system capabilities roadmap.
  • Interact with Mobily business users to evaluate their requirements, suggest solutions and finalize details.
  • Coordinate with BU to collect all requirements related to the system capabilities, process enhancement and process re-engineering.
  • Make significant contribution to defining development standards for the development of business process as per the telecom standard.
  • Create high quality RSD (Requirement Specification Document) illustrating all system capabilities needed.
  • Provide support in evaluating the requirement to develop new capabilities vs. reusing existing capabilities to maximize cross-utilization for each product requested. .
  • Ensure that the enabling platforms library (including all platforms for products/ payments, online channels etc.) are developed and maintained up to date in coordination with concerned departments.
  • Coordinate with enabling layer to develop capabilities roadmap and get it agreed with all the parties.
  • Prepare detailed capability requirements and roadmap to implement in-house initiatives and procure 3rd party capabilities to address the gap in digital presence.
  • Assist and enable business departments/units to define and execute their strategic plans by clearly and simply articulating the capabilities of various internal business support solutions proposed by either internal IT department or by market vendors.
  • Draft and participate RFPs and RFQs to the vendors plus the BC.
  • Perform any other activities assigned by direct line manager.
Managerial Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the achievement of the strategic objectives of the sector through performing own responsibilities and managing direct reports performance.
  • Set the department's goals and objectives and ensure the cascading of such to reporting sections, and guide their achievement.
  • Contribute to the development of the sector's policies, procedures and processes through providing input as advised by the direct supervisor.
  • Provide direction and advice to the direct reports in performing their delegated responsibilities.
  • Ensure the ongoing development of the department's employees, and assure the developmental activities of direct reports.
  • Oversee the overall performance of direct reports and ensure KPI's are well communicated and monitored.
  • Ensure effective identification, allocation and utilization of the division's resources.
