We're looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our growing team and drive the distribution of our delicious food products.
In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and consistently meeting sales objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the food industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious sales targets for a range of food products.
- Identify and prospect new clients within the retail, HORECA (Hotel/Restaurant/Caf?), and wholesale sectors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- A strong network within the local food market is a plus.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Must possess a valid driver's license and own a reliable car.
