Qualifications "Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
Certification in QA/QC (e.g., ISO 9001, ASQ, or equivalent) preferred
Knowledge of QCS, ASTM, BS, and GCC construction codes
Additional safety certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) are an advantage Strong understanding of architectural detailing, structural elements, and finishing standards
Familiarity with QA/QC documentation and inspection tools "
Experience "Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in luxury/high-end residential construction

Key Responsibilities "Conduct inspections at various stages of construction to ensure adherence to quality standards
Review and verify architectural finishes, structural works, and MEP integration
Implement and monitor Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures
Identify non-conformities and issue NCRs with corrective action plans
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and consultants to resolve quality issues
