This underscores our dedication to innovation and engineering excellence, bolstering our position in the dynamic GCC market.For our office in Riyadh, we are looking forFinance Manager – KSA – 100% (m/f)The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with a strong audit background and a deep understanding of accounting principles. Experience within professional servicesespecially project-based and billing environmentsis essential. The role requires someone currently based in KSA, with clear knowledge of local financial regulations and reporting requirements.Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Leading and managing external audits and ensuring compliance with statutory reporting requirements
- Preparing monthly management reports, including variance analysis and financial summaries
- Preparing and filing VAT and Withholding Tax (WHT) in line with KSA regulations
- Supporting the Finance Director in the coordination of budgeting and forecasting processes
- Managing cashflow and liquidity, including preparation of monthly forecasts
- Building and maintaining strong banking and treasury relationships to support operational needs
- Overseeing accounts receivable and payable (AR/AP) cycles to ensure timely collections and disbursements
- Handling subconsultant financial management, including tracking, payments, and reconciliations
- Ensuring accurate and timely client invoicing and working closely with Operations to improve working capital
- Qualified accountant (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a minimum of 10 years of experience
- Audit background is strongly preferred
- Prior experience in the Middle East is preferred, especially within the KSA regulatory framework
- Solid experience in professional services, with a good understanding of project accounting and milestone billing models
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Proficient in financial software and tools, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
