JASARA PMC is seeking an Associate Director to lead and oversee high-profile property development projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project delivery from inception through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and clients.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of property development projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to meet project objectives.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project integration.
  • Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays and cost overruns.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project management teams.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and external partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in property project management, with significant exposure to large-scale developments.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex property projects within budget and schedule.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in multicultural environments and manage diverse teams.
  • Experience in the Saudi Arabian market or the broader Middle East region is an advantage.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP or Prince2 are highly desirable.
