Key Responsibilities:Testing & CommissioningPerform functional testing of BMS hardware and software, including controllers, sensors, actuators, and field devices.Conduct point-to-point checks, system integration tests, and operational sequence verification.Troubleshoot and resolve any faults or non-conformances during the commissioning phase.System ConfigurationUpload, download, and modify BMS control programs.Configure and calibrate field devices for accurate readings and control.Verify correct communication between field devices, controllers, and the central workstation.Documentation & ReportingPrepare and maintain test sheets, commissioning reports, and as-built documentation.Update wiring diagrams, control schematics, and operation manuals where needed.Ensure all testing is recorded in accordance with project and quality requirements.Coordination & CommunicationLiaise with project managers, design teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth progress.Participate in site meetings to report status, highlight issues, and propose solutions.Coordinate with other building services teams (HVAC, Electrical, Fire, etc.) for integrated system testing.Compliance & SafetyEnsure all work complies with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.Follow site-specific safety protocols and participate in toolbox talks and safety briefings.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related engineering discipline.1 to 2 years of experience in BMS testing, and commissioning.Hands-on experience with major BMS platforms (e.g., Siemens Desigo, Honeywell, Schneider, Johnson Controls, etc.).Strong understanding of HVAC control strategies, networking, and system integration.Proficient in reading control schematics, wiring diagrams, and HVAC drawings.Good problem-solving, communication, and report-writing skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Work Conditions:On site
