- 𩺠Patient Monitoring: Regularly assess patient conditions and track vital signs, labs, and diagnostics.
- ð Medication Administration: Safely administer prescribed medications and treatments with accurate dosage.
- ð¤ Team Collaboration: Work closely with doctors and healthcare teams to implement care plans.
- ð Surgical Assistance: Support in surgical procedures and provide quality post-operative care.
- ð§ Patient Education: Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and self-care practices.
- ð Documentation: Maintain accurate nursing records including assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- 𧼠Infection Control: Ensure hygiene, follow infection protocols, and maintain a safe patient environment.
- ð Shift Handover: Collaborate effectively with staff for smooth care transitions during shift changes.
- ð Professional Growth: Engage in continuous learning and skill development through trainings.
- ð BSN, Diploma in General Nursing, Licensed Practitioner Nurse (LPN), or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- ð¥ Minimum 1 years of hospital experience in a Medical/Surgical Unit
- 𩺠Valid Nursing License & Saudi Council Registration preferred
- ❤️ BLS certification required | ACLS is a plus
