We are seeking a skilled and motivated Facilities Engineer to oversee the operation, maintenance, and improvement of our companys facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that building systems and equipment operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulations and company standards.Key Responsibilities:Manage the daily operations of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems.Plan and oversee preventive maintenance schedules and emergency repairs.Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for facility-related projects and maintenance work.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Support office space planning, renovations, and relocations.Monitor facility budgets and control costs related to maintenance and improvements.Conduct regular inspections of buildings and systems to identify issues and recommend improvements.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repair work.Implement energy-saving initiatives and sustainability practices.Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies or requests.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in facilities engineering or building maintenance.Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment.Familiarity with local safety and building codes.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.Proficiency in using maintenance management software and
