A/C Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of all air conditioning and ventilation systems within the property. The role ensures optimal operation of HVAC systems to maintain guest comfort and support facility operations.Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, Window, split & package units and exhaust systems.
  • Diagnose and repair faults in A/C systems, including electrical and mechanical issues.
  • Monitor performance of HVAC systems and ensure energy efficiency and proper air quality.
  • Keep detailed logs of maintenance and repair work performed.
  • Respond promptly to service requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies regarding equipment maintenance.
  • Assist with general engineering and maintenance tasks when required.
Desired Skill & Expertise
  • Diploma or technical certification in HVAC or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in a Residential towers, or facilities maintenance role.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and controls.
