- Prepare and review shop drawings using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Building Information Management (BIM) systems.
- Develop and submit material submittals in accordance with project specifications.
- Supervise and coordinate the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical services within Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
- Ensure compliance with project standards, codes, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve design and construction issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the design and construction of MEP systems.
- Strong knowledge of CAD and BIM applications.
- Proven experience in preparing material submittals.
- Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
