1.HSE TRAINERKey Responsibilities:
- *Conduct HSE Training Sessions*: Educate employees on safety procedures, guidelines, and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- *Develop and Deliver Training Programs*: Create instructional materials, presentations, and guides to address specific hazards and safety concerns.
- *Ensure Compliance*: Stay updated with changing safety laws and regulations, ensuring the organization complies with all relevant standards.
- *Workplace Inspections*: Conduct regular safety inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures.
- *Incident Investigation and Reporting*: Lead incident investigations, document reports, and implement measures to prevent similar incidents.
- *Emergency Preparedness*: Develop comprehensive emergency department response plans, conduct drills, and ensure employees are familiar with emergency protocols.
- *Communication and Training Evaluation*: Communicate safety procedures clearly and effectively, evaluating training effectiveness and making improvements.Qualifications and Requirements:
- *Education*: Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, and Environment Management or related field.
- *Certifications*: NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH, or equivalent certifications.
- *Experience*: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HSE training, preferably in the oil and gas or petrochemical industry.
- *Skills*: Excellent communication, analytical, and data management skills.
- *Language*: Proficiency in English and other languages may be required.Additional Requirements:
- *Computer Literacy*: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- *Presentation Skills*: Ability to deliver engaging and informative training sessions.
