- Manage executives' schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in advance.
- Assist in project management by tracking deadlines and progress on various initiatives.
- Maintain organized filing systems and databases for easy access to information.
- Act as a liaison between executives and various departments to facilitate communication.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
