Job Description:Prepare and serve a variety of high‑quality coffee and specialty beverages (espresso, cappuccino, cold brew, etc.)Greet guests warmly, take orders, and accurately process paymentsOperate and maintain espresso machines and grinders; ensure daily sterilization and cleanlinessKeep the workspace clean, organized, and stocked at all timesOffer product education and recommendations (coffee types, brewing methods, menu options)Monitor inventory levels and alert management for restocking needsAdhere to food safety, hygiene standards, and resort protocolsTrain new barista staff as needed and support during high‑volume periods Desired Skill & Expertise:

Experience in coffee preparation and customer‑facing roles (1–5 years preferred)
Familiarity with specialty coffee techniques and a passion for high-end beverages
Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift light loads
Keen attention to detail and organizational skills
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
