- Actively reach out to targeted companies and prospects based on provided lead lists / build lists
- Conduct follow-up calls/emails and schedule meetings with potential sponsors and exhibitors
- Support in proposal sharing, documentation, and updating the sales tracker
- Minimum of 30 outreach activities per day (calls/emails/ meetings combined)
- 30+ qualified proposals per week
- Minimum of 5 closed deal per week (after onboarding/training phase)
- Timely and accurate updates to the sales tracker
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in exhibitions, conferences, or related industries
- Familiarity with the Saudi market and government/semi-government entities is a strong advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- CRM usage and lead tracking proficiency
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluent in both Arabic and English
