- Oversee daily breakfast service operations, ensuring consistent quality, presentation, and adherence to Raffles service standards
- Lead, train, and motivate the breakfast team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and professional development
- Manage staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and conduct onboarding for new team members
- Monitor and control food and beverage costs, inventory levels, and budgets to optimize profitability
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen, housekeeping, and front-of-house teams to deliver seamless guest experiences
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies
- Analyze guest feedback and menu performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
- Address guest concerns and complaints with professionalism and decisiveness to maintain satisfaction and loyalty
- Maintain detailed records of operations, inventory, and staff performance metrics
- Implement and communicate operational procedures and best practices to the team
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in hospitality, food and beverage, or breakfast service operations
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams in a luxury hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, menu planning, and culinary standards
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in inventory management, cost control, and budget management
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decisiveness in handling operational challenges
- Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards in food service operations
- Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and hospitality management software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends as required
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are preferred
